The first Patch Tuesday of 2023 brings two Windows 11 cumulative updates, KB5022287 and KB5022303. They respectively target PCs running Windows 11 21H2 and Windows 11 22H2.

Redmond also offers some bugfixes. For Windows 11 21H2 we have resolved an issue with the SQL Server ODBC (Microsoft Open Database Connectivity) driver (sqlsrv32.dll) causing connection failure, a startup bug generating error 0xc000021a and above all a blue screen of the death (BSOD) and a problem with the local Session Manager allowing to perform actions only reserved for administrators.
We have the same fixes for Windows 11 22H2 except for the startup bug. The OS is not the victim of this failure.
