If you have delayed or lost luggage, missing items, left on board, or other baggage claims, here is what to do:
Be sure to report the problem at the arrival airport.
If you arrive at your destination and discover a baggage problem, report it immediately at the arrival airport; all reports must be made in person and within 24 hours of arrival time.
